This is one of the tenderloin historical landmarks. Cheap hotels surround the building, and it is home to hit plays such as The Vagina Monologues. The theater is located at Geary street and hosts plays, cabaret, comedy, and other theatrical events. The theater was selected as a landmark in 1989.
